Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the declared value of the shipment or as specified by applicable law.

Claims and complaints:
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery for damage, or within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date for loss.
• Failure to submit a claim within these time limits releases Pxcpacificglobal from liability.

Payment terms:
• All service charges must be paid according to the rates agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Pxcpacificglobal reserves the right (though not the obligation) to open and inspect any shipment if required by law enforcement or for safety, security, or customs purposes.
